Returns & Refunds Policy

At Briventa Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at our contact page to request a return authorisation
  2. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions via email
  3. Pack the item securely and post it back to us
  4. Please include your order number inside the parcel

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item has been received.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
